The small kitchenette was practical for preparing simple meals, a definite plus for budget-conscious travellers. The proximity to shops made stocking up on essentials easy. The staff were particularly helpful in arranging local tours, and I managed to squeeze in some whale watching—an lovely experience! While there are fancier choices around, Isi Guesthouse offers everything you need at a reasonable price. It’s a sensible choice for nature lovers seeking a genuine Norwegian experience without the luxury price tag. For me, the blend of financial wisdom and comfort made this stay worthwhile.
